About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and relatively experienced individual to join our administration team. The successful incumbent will be responsible for providing a high level of reception and general administration support.

What we need from you:

  • Experience in front line customer service and administration;
  • Friendly phone manner and strong interpersonal skills;
  • Great verbal and written communication skills with the ability to maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholers;
  • Excellent coordination and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise;
  • Ability to multitask, work independently and contribute to the team;
  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency in applications such as Microsoft office suite;


What would be great to have:

  • Experience working in the Aged and Disability sector
  • Knowledge of a community language

Selection Criteria Essential: What level of competency do you have in Microsoft Office Suite, internet and email? e.g basic, intermediate or advanced?
Essential: Do you have demonstrated experience in a similar administration support role? If yes, please elaborate on the level of support ie. executive, operational management, etc. and any relevant information you wish to include.
Essential: Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
Essential: Please explain your ability to develop and manage effective office systems?
Essential: Do you have Customer service/ telephone switchboard experience?
Desirable: Do you have experience in customer service in a community or a not for profit setting?
